I switched to Mr Carlton due to the astronomical mistakes being made where we were insured prior. Since that change not only did Mr Carlton and is associate Ms Christina go over our portfolio and fix mistakes literally on every policy but one. They also have checked in with us for any additional questions or needs we may have. For example we are low mileage drivers. They explained they have The safe driver discount. This product was something we had not heard of from previous agent. We are now saving 10 percent for first 6 months using the Beacon but that will go up to 30 percent based on our driving habits. We are thrilled that we have Mr Carlton and Ms Christina legit looking out for their clients in all ways possible.
